Andrea Lee launches our day with . . .
“Advanced Collaboration for Advanced Coaches”

Morning Program Description:

There is simply no reason why you can't make more money, with deeper meaning, sustainably as a coach .” Andrea J Lee

In this session, you will learn the newest opportunities available to coaches who seek to leave a legacy that goes beyond the coaching you do by yourself. There’s so much more that’s possible than what you can achieve solo.

You will walk away with:

  • ways to create a Companion Coaching Program
  • ideas to recruit and retain a thriving group of associate coaches under your business umbrella
  • a road-tested formula used by Andrea’s inner circle that shows you how to share money in all kinds of joint ventures.
  • new metrics to use in your business (with corresponding excel spreadsheet made available to you)

Never before presented in this format . . . Lecture, experiential, Q&A, case studies. These are the facets of coaching that usually aren't taught, because we're too busy covering the basics.

What if you’re a new coach? If you are prepared to see the bigger picture, you'll get a big head start by incorporating these advanced ideas early in your career.

Whether you're a new or seasoned coach . . . you will be called out to a bigger game of leadership!

Andrea invites you to join her in her focus for coaching for 2007:

  • Raise the bar for advanced coaches and push the leading edge of learning at the 'graduate' level
  • Emphasize the results of coaching as evidence of coaching success
  • Be willing to address the controversial and when beneficial, embrace 'adversaries' of coaching
  • Forge links with, and strengthen the relationship between coaching and the 'rest' of the world

Afternoon Program Description:

Shift your energy in the afternoon with Sandra Mobley and Margaret Echols . . . “Bring the Body Into Coaching”

  • What messages are you sending with your body?
  • How do you make sure your body sends the message you want to send?

As people and as coaches, our bodies speak volumes, even when our mouths are closed. Somatic coaching is a way of understanding our body’s messages and learning at another level.

The ability to communicate and influence others is a hallmark of effective leaders. Somatic coaching helps to identify lack of alignment in words and actions and understand what is getting in the way.

In this workshop, you will have an opportunity to learn:

  • Increase your ability to be centered --- a balance of effective action, emotional balance and mental alertness
  • Better recognize what your body is telling you.
  • Read and interpret body language in the people you coach.
