| The ICF Board of Directors met Tuesday,
10/31 to finalize the primary goal areas of the associations’
new strategic plan. This plan was developed from input provided
by ICF members through ICF surveys and other communication.
The purpose of the plan is to ensure that ICF is focused
and intentional about meeting your needs and furthering
the coaching profession. The entire strategic plan will
be published soon. This is the overview.

The achievement of each goal will move ICF towards the realization
of its purpose. The goals are not in any order of priority.
Every goal will need to be accomplished if the organization
is to fully achieve its purpose.
