| In 1998, two coaches sat around a small table at the City Line Diner imagining what a community of coaches in Philadelphia might look like. This small gathering quickly blossomed into three members and then four. Before long, a name and a larger venue needed to be chosen. For many years our name was the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance, or PACA, for short.
Today we’re known as ICF Philadelphia. With an active membership of 140 and an affiliate membership of over 475; we have established our reputation as the place for professional coaches. We support professional coaches with interests in executive coaching, corporate coaching, business coaching, group coaching, individual coaching, health coaching, life coaching and more!
Whether you are already a coach, looking for one, seeking to become one or simply investigating the profession of coaching, we hope the resources on this site will be of value to you and entice you to learn more.
